My sister-in-law loved her flowers! Thank you so much. The first flowers that were sent after her surgery were not as pictured on the website-even for the standard selection. I contacted Becky the morning after I saw what my sister-in-law received after seeing a text my brother sent. Becky was very sweet and asked for me to send the picture of the flowers that were delivered. I sent that with a comparison of what the website shows for the standard selection. She talked with Jeff about the situation and called me to ask what would/how to make this right. I told her my sister-in-law liked pink/purple fresh flowers and I'd like those sent rather than resend the flowers in the smiley face cup with daisies and yellow carnations. My sister in law was so surprised and delighted to get those flowers. My sister in law is very special and I wanted to send her something nice.
